Synopsis
1 February 2005
King Gyanendra dismissed the cabinet of Sher Bahadur Deuba for the second time and took all executive powers of country in his hand. After that all political parties were against palace and monarchy.
12-point understanding reached between the Seven Political Parties and Nepal Communist Party (Maoists) to end the monarchy from Nepal and establishing full democracy to resolve the problems related to the political, economic, social, cultural and so on.
SPA and Maoist in Delhi agreed for building the ground for the foundation of Mass Movement-II on November 22, 2005 known as Jana Andolan ll.
